Here, you choose your own adventure.
You nod, doze, and finally dream.
You are walking along a misty corridor with many doors of many types. You try a few, but they are all locked. You walk and walk until you find two doors that are ajar.
Do you want to go through the left door (which is made of varnished red wood) or or the right door (which is made of burnished steel)?
You reach for the handle. A sharp voice jerks you awake. You are sitting in your classroom at school. You fell asleep in the middle of a test. The teacher is staring at you. So is the rest of the class.
"So, what do you have to say for yourself?" asks the teacher?
"Ummm...yawn?" you reply.
"Well, you can do your test at playtime."
You are in inky blackness. All you can see is the door behind you and one in front of you. There is no point in staying here.
Do you want to return, and go through the other door? Or go through this new door?
Three doors are ahead of you: one is issuing ticking sounds, one is made of smooth plastic, and one looks like a fire exit. In the centre of the room is a chest. What will you do?
You are drifting in a world of darkness. You can't see anything. Suddenly, a dot of light appears. Slowly it grows, getting lighter and lighter. Soon, everything is bright white. You close your eyes.
When you open them, you are in a forest. Ahead is a cottage. To your left, there is a door stuck in a tree trunk. Will you go to the cottage, or go through the door?
You are in a school gymnasium, wearing a gym outfit.
One person stands in front of you. He runs up a small ramp and does a spectacular flip. One of the judges says, "Full marks!". So do the others. Now it is your turn. You gulp, and run up the ramp.

You lift the lid of the chest. Out comes a giant hand that looks as through it is made of mist. It grabs you around the middle, and pulls you into the chest.
You scream and struggle, but only in vain. The misty hand has a firm grip.

"Hold it!" says one of the judges. "I think that you would be better suited at archery."
Someone gives you a bow and arrow. You walk up to the shooting area. You aim and shoot. The arrow flies above the target, hits a metal bar you never saw before, hits the rim of one of the judge's glasses, and heads straight at you!
Ting! The arrow hits the wall right next to your ear. That was close. Before you know it, the gym id disappearing, slowly but surely. Soon it is gone!
A tall man stands in front of you.
"I want you to read all these books in one hour," he says. He points to a mountain of books behind him. There are simply millions, all hundreds of pages thick.
Will you:
"NO!" you shout. "I WON'T read ANY of these BOOKS!"
"If that is so," the man begins, "then you must go to the detention room!"
He points to two identical doors behind you.

The pile of books looms ahead. You pick up a book called "Arithmetic +". The next book is called "Arithmetic -". Hours, days, months, and years go by in the dream. And you never read all the books. Whenever you pick up a book, two more appear. So there will always be more at

The arrow vanishes in an instant. So does the gym. You are in a cave. Four tunnels branch out from it. Will you left, right, straight ahead, or behind?
You are in a classroom. Four desks are occupied. One is empty. You sit in it. The chalk writes an equation ob the board. 201419627350 ÷ 157 = ?. The class writes the equation down. You do it too. It takes hours to figure it out. As soon as you're done, the cahlk writes another huge sum on the board. The equations get harder and longer. The end is not very near.
THE END
You see three unknown buttons. Which one will you press: the red circle, the green square, or the yellow triangle? Or will you explore the ship?
On the table is a pencil, some paper, a box, and a sign that says,
“Whatever you want, it will be yours. Just write what you want on a piece of paper, and ut it in the box.”
This sounds inviting. You do just what the sign says. The meadow fades. The table vanishes. You are left in inky blackness.
What did you wish for?
You are sitting in a soft seat. In front of you is a control panel. A screey says AUTOPILOT. Which control will you activate? The red square, the blue switch, or the black knob.
You go through the door. This looks nothing like a detention room It looks like a meadow. In the middle of the meadow is a table. Off to one side is a cottage in the forest. Will you examine the table, go to the cottage, or head back through the door behind you?
The screen now reads, "SELF DESTRUCT IN 10 SECONDS." There is nothing you can do.

The robotic voice says, "Autopilot is now engaged." The space-ship sooms towards a planet. A meteor is flying towards you! Will you:
A robotic voice says, "Autopilot is now disengaged." A lever emerges from the arm of the seat. Will you:
The door of the space-ship slides open. You step out, and find yourself in a marvellous city. Two aliens walk up. One is a red creature with wings, the other is a shapeless, colourless blob. The blob takes the shape of a human.
"I am Telap," says the blob. "And this is Kqoa."
"Who are you?" Kqoa asks.
You tell them your name.
"Follow us," says Telap.
You follow them.
You run and run, but the falling rocks catch up to you. You are buried alive. This dream has a gruesom

Telap and Kqoa lead you to a low stone building. Here, Telap turns towards you.
"Do you have a Space Pass?" he asks.
"No," you reply.
"Then you will be imprisoned."
Do you think you can outrun Kqoa's wings? Yes or no?
You turn around, and walk several steps. Something falls from the ceiling onto your shoulder.
Do you prefer animals or rocks?
It is only bat poop. You sigh with relief. Wait a moment! BATS? Could they be vampire bats? The cave is suddenly full of pale-faced men wearing capes. RUN!!!!
An electric shock jerks you awake. You look around. You were only shocked in the dream. You were awakened by your alarm clock. On the other hand, why is your hand feeling numb?
THE END
It is a pebble. You look up. Rocks are caving in everywhere! You run! Did you run left or right?
The door of the elevator closes. Again, the floor moves down. When it stops, the door does not open. Will you push the door open or not?
You run along the passage, and end up back at the tunnel junction. Go left, right, or straight ahead.
The passage is long and twisty. You get very tired. But you see light ahead. You gather your strength, and run the last few metres.

The passage turns sharply three times. You see a big hole, and you can't see its bottom. Will you jump over the hole, or go back to the junction and go left or straight ahead?
You never expected this. It looks like a basement. Some stone steps lead up to a door. A chest lies in the middle of the room. Will you look at the chest, or go up the steps?
You walk back a few paces, and run up to the hole and jump. You don't make it. You fall in and

You run. Kqoa instantly spreads his wings. He flies after you. Just as you enter the landing lot, he throws a black ball at you. You manage to catch it and throw it back to him. Immediately, a purple force field surrounds him, and he disappears.
You end up in a hallway with many doors. Pick a door:

You reach the space-ship. The door is still open. You get in, and push the green button. The door closes. Which button on the console will you press: the red square, yellow triangle, or the orange hexagon?

The spaceship takes off. Then you have an idea. You pull the lever. Two missiles fire. They head towards where Telap and Kqoa last were. You see two small explosions on the planet. The autopilot takes you away.

You're in a library. Shelves and shelves of books. You also see two doors on the other side of the room. Will you start to read a book from the pile, or go through the right or left door.
You are in an office. A desk stands in the corner of the room. A door stands on either side of the desk. A window is on the wall behind you. Will you go through the right or left door, look out the window ,or open the desk drawer?
The goblin shuts the lid of the box. You wait for hours, it seems. Suddenly, you hear the tinkly tune. You pup up. A man is there. You grab him,hop out, and throw him into the box.
"Sorry," you say. You close his box, and run outside. There are two doors in two different trees. Will you go through the door with a clock drawn on it, or the door with expensive wood panelling?
You open the door of the wardrobe. It is empty. You step inside. The door closes and the floor beneath you shakes a bit, then it moves down.
"I'm in an elevator," you think. The floor stops and the door opens. You can see a shiny hallway beyond. Will you step out into the hallway or stay in the elevator.
You go inside the cottage. There are two doors, a mirror, a window, and a brightly-painted jack-in-the-box in the room. There is also a stairway leading up.
You are in a lab. You see a big machine made of tubes and gears and wire coils. It has a control panel with a screen, and two buttons: one red square and a green circle. There is also a door at the back of the room.
Out pops a vampire bat. It turns into a vampire. Are you prone to accidents, or not?
The vampire bites you on the neck.
"Owww!" you yell. It is no use. You see a plate of what looks like onions. Do you eat one or leave them alone?
You see some garlic on the desk. The vampire has its mouth open to bite you. Do you pick the garlic up or not?
You fly out the window with your new vampire friend. You have a lot of fun biting people on the neck and turning them into vampires.

You shiver and shake. It was garlic. Garlic kills vampires and you are a vampire. I shouldn't go into the details. Let's just say it comes to a very ugly

You throw the garlic into the vampire's mouth. The vampire burns to a crisp. You go through a door.

You walk over to the opening. It is dark and you can't see anything. Maybe it's not such a good idea. Will you go through the opening or go to the box?
You pick up the jack-in-he-box. You wind it p. "Half a pound of tuppenny rice, halfa pound of tracle, that's the way the money goes, pop goes the weasel." Brooingg! Up comes the jack. He's an ugly goblin.
"Youa toin," he says. "Hehehe ha ha!" With this, the goblin pulls you into the box, and jumps out himself. "You'll stay here for a while."
Are you good at catch or tag? Yes or no?
"Time for breakfast!" calls your mum.
"O.K.," you say. When you get to the table, however, where your father would normally sit, you see Telap!

You open the door quietly. A man is poring over some books. Will you leave him alone or talk to him?
"A sorceror, eh?" you say. "Prove it!"
"You asked for it," he says, turning around to face yuo. "Don't say I didn't warn you."
A flash of lightning shoots out of his hands. The lightning hits you. There is a poof of smoke. When the smoke clears, you are a chicken!

"Hello," you say.
"If you know what's good for you, then you'd leave," says the old man. "I'm a sorceror, you know. All powerful, too."
Do you take his advice, or do you not believe him?
You reach for the handle. A shrill scream frightens you, and also gives you an excuse to delay opening the door. You may open the door or put your hand through the post-slot?
You manage to squeeze your hand through the post-slot. As soon as you do, you hear a whistlng sound, intense pain runs through your hand, and then the unmistakeable sound of an axe on wood. You know exactly what happened. An axe was swung down onto your wrist, cuttng off your hand. Well, now you know that you won't even be able to wave your hand goodby at

The door has a post-slot in it. You look through it. You can't see anything. Will you open the door, go throug another door, or put your hand through the post-slot.
You arei in what looks like a closet. It has a curtain instead of a door. You pull back the curtains, and fall into darkness.

The room you are in has a curtained window, a mirror, and another door. Will you go to look out the window, go through the door, or look into the mirror?
The door creaks open of its own accord as you approach it. You feel a sudden urge to enter the room beyond the door. You follow that urge. You fall. Instantly, you whirl yoursel around and grab the door frame, holding on for dear life. But then the dop of the frame turns to dust. Then the sides. Finally, the bottom.

You open the door. The monster is in there! You turn around and run through the other door. Ahead there are three doors: will you go through the left door, the right door, or the door straight ahead. Be quick! The door behind you is opening!!!

You reach the end of the tunnel. You now see what the source of the sound is. It is a snowstorm. You step outside. A loud rumbling whirls around you. A river of snow is coming towards you! It is an avalanche! You can guess what happens next.

You walk over to the mirror. It's a big, full-sized one. You look into it.
"Whoaa!!" you say. The reflection in the mirror is a monster!! You are about to step back when the moster reaches out of the mirror and grabs you.
"Yum, yum, food," says the monster as he drags you into the mirror. "I'm starving."

You are in a large chamber. Three doors lead out of it. One is labelled BALCONY, one is labelled SORCEROR'S CHAMBER, and the other has a blank sign. Will you go through a door, or go back up the staircase?
The door leads as the sign says, to a balcony. As soo as you step onto it, it crumbles to dust. You fall with it down,

The monster puts you down and stomps off through a door. You're too nervous to move. A little man comes out from behind the curtain.
"Quick!" he says. "Get into the mirror." You do so. A growl comes from the mirror. You have to hide. Will you hide behind the mirror or behind the curtain?
You open the door. You cross the threshold.
"Aaaaaagggggghhhh!!!" you scream.
It is no use. There is no-one to hear you scream, which you will do until

You open the trap-door. You go through it. You are in a cave. How strange. You hear a kind of howling behind you. You whirl around. It is coming from the end of the tunnel. Will you examine the sound, go back down the steps, or go the opposite way to the sound?
You see a set of stone spiral stairs. You go up twenty or so steps and you see a door. Will you go through the door or keep going up?
Another twenty or so steps, you see another door. Will you go through it or continue up?
Ahead, the steps end. Just as you wonder whether you should go back down, you see a trap door. Will you go back down the steps, or go through the trap door?
You climb and climb and climb and climb, but the ladder has no end. But just as you decide to head back down, you see a ledge with a chest on it. Will you examine the chest, go back down the ladder, or or go up even more?
You decide to explore the ship. You see a big, upright tube labelled TELEPORTER. You step inside. You see four buttons. Which will you press: red, blue, green, or yellow? You will you get out and keep exploring the ship?
The ladder soon reaches a passageway made of stone. The ladder keeps going up & up. Will you keep climbing the ladder, or get up into the passage way and go left or right?
You are now moving back up. You stop. The door opens. You are back in the room. Will you go look at the box or the doorway.
After minutes of walking, you come to a dead end. You sit down and have a rest. There is a loud grating noise, and you get up. The wall oposite you has opened up. You go into the room beyond the opening. There is a wooden box on the other side of the room. There is a wardrobe by the doorway where you are, and on the wall to your left is another doorway. In the centre of the room is a mat. Will you look at the funny box, look at the wardrobe, look at the other doorway, or go back and go past the ladder?
The climb does not take more than ten minutes. You seem to be in a wardrobe. You open the door. You dasp with shock.

You climb up the ladder. And climb more. And you climb even higher. And higher again. But you don't get it. Until you see a sign that says, "You have reached the 999th rung of the endless ladder. Good job!!" Soon you see another sign that says

You grab the goblin and pull him back into the box. You hop out. Thump, thump, thump. You turn around. Dozens of goblins are there. They all grab you and push you into the box. The goblin jumps out. They shut the lid of your box.
You soon realise that to wait for someone to open your box is to wait until

You see the room, the window, the two doors, but not yourself! You examine the sharp object. It is a tooth, or from what you've heard about vampires, a fang, a vampire fang. You were stabbed with this fang, which must mean you are a vampire, which would explaim why you couldn't see yourself in the mirror. One upside: Because vampires never die, you'll never see

You pull back the curtain. A little man sticks a sharp thing into your neck. Then he vanishes. You look in the mirror.

You are sitting on a VERY soft, comfy pillow. You look up. Dozens of pillows are everywhere. You can't see an inch of ground. You sniff. You nibble at a pillow. It's a marshmallow. A giant marshmallow. Al the pillows are giant marshmallows. You have a splendid time eating them, and you get VERY fat at

You open the door. A long flight of steps leads up and up and up. You can see tiny pinpricks of flickering light at the top, which seems a long way away. Will you climb the massive flight of steps, or go through the other door?
The door leads to a meadow. It looks beautiful! Green grass, flowers of every colour, a brook babbles through a grove of fruit trees. Beautiful. There is only one thing that looks out of place It is a table. You walk over to it.

You open the door. Your hat gets blown off your head. You, on the other hand, get sucked through the doorway. The door is blown shut. It is floating in blackness. Two doors float before you: one is ticking, the other is made of panelled wood.
You are in a long and twisty corridor lined with clocks. All the ticking drives you mad. After what seems like forever, you see two doors ahead. Will you go through door 1, or door 2?
You lean on the door. You were right. The door gives way. You hit something hard. A stone floor. You look up.

The door leads to a large room. Every few feet along the wall, candles are lit on floating, leering skulls. On the ceiling is a chandelier made of bones. As if this isn't creepy enough, on a bone throne at the end of the room sits a skeleton with rotting skin and a bone crown.
"BOY!!" he yells. A skeleton boy appears. "Bring the Skull Sceptre. In the name of the Skull King." The boy vanishes. You turn your head, and see three doors. What will you do?
You leap to the right. SMASH! The tablet smashes into dust. Nervously, you enter the new passage. You take a few steps. Slam! A rock wall slams down behind you. You take another few steps. Slam! The same thing happens again, again, and again.

This passage is short. You come to a junction almost as soon as the last one. Go left, right, straight ahead, or back.
You are forced to run. SLAM! SLAM! SLAM! You are getting ahead of the falling walls. You come to a cliff. A ledge runs left, right, and straight ahead across the chasm. Or can you not make up your mind?
You don't get very far. The wall at the end crashes into the end of the ledge, sending the end to the bottom. Your weight pulls you down.

You take a step towards the ledte, but then stop. "Looks narrow,", you say to yourself. You decide to think a bit longer.

As you step back, chilling howls and screams come from behind all the other doors. Maybe you should open this door after all.

You're not afraid of fire! You run into the room.
The good news is: you make it out of the room in one piece. The bad news is: not alive. You see a dragon who pierces your heart, swallows you whole, spits out out of the room, and procedes to rip you to shreds outside the room.

On closer inspection, you see the door has no handle.
"Maybe it's one of those doors that you just lean on to open," you think. Will you try your idea, or try another door?
This passage goes down a long way, then back up. Soon a fork comes into sight. Will you go left or right?
You give the skeleton on your left an almighty kick. He clatters into pieces. You turn around and kick the other one.Suddenly, two bony hands grab your shoulders. Then, from the pile of bones before you, rise two skeletons. Now you understand. From every skeleton that is smashed, two appear.

You run up the steps. You run and run, but the stairs seem to have no end. You stop running, and begin walking. Soon you come to two doors. One has a barred window, and the other one has lots of intricate carvings on it and the doorframe. Will you go through the barred door, or carved door ?
You sneak along the ledge. Soon, you see that the ledge stops. As you get closer, you see a passage.

In places, this ledge has gaps on it. You jump them all successfully, but it's only a matter of time.
CRACK!!!
You stand on a weak spot on the ledge. You fall. And fall and fall...

Ignoring the man's yells, you push open the door. Sunlight pours in. The man crumples to the floor, screaming in agony. The sunlight must be harmful to him. Good. You slip through the door.

You turn around. A door lies behind you. Will you go through the door or pick up a book?
You open the door. A burst of fire shoots out, narrowly missing you.
"Maybe it's not such a good idea after all," you think. Will you enter the room anyway, or go through the other door?
Before you can go anywhere, the skeleton boy returns. He's carrying a bone with a skull on top.
"The Skull Sceptre," you think You are correct. The Skull King starts mumbling under his breath. And then:
"Sarkunan raak, sarkunan raak!"
The skin on your body starts to peel away, and when it does, you can see that all that is under your skin is...BONE!! No muscle, no blood, just bone. You are a skeleton guard.

You jump. CRUNCH! The stone wall smashes into the solid wall.
When you look closer, you see that the right passage has steps in it. You go up them.

As you approach the door, two skeletons wearing helmets and carrying spears appear.
"Who goes there?" asks one. But before you can answer, they grab your wrists and walk towards the fancy door. Will you kick the skeletons so they might fall to bits? Or let the skeletons take you where they will?
"Hey! What's that?!" you shout. The skeleton guards let you go and look. You run.
"I don't see– HEY!! Look! The prisoner's running away!" yells one guard.
"After him!" yells the other. They run after you, but you are already through the door. You see the stairs and the door with the barred window. The skeleton guards are coming. You go through the door.

You take a few steps towards the box. It looks like a coffin. You can see something inside. You go a bit closer. It looks like a skeleton. You stand on the mat.
"Aaagh!!" you yell. The mat was covering up a hole. You fall down and down. And hit something hard. A stone floor. You look up.

You take a few steps. SLAM! A wall of solid stone slams down behind you. It slowly moves toward you, faster and faster. It pushes you along right into a fork. Jump left or right. Hurry! A rock wall is straight ahead.
You duck behind the mirror. Just in time! The monster climbs out of t he mirror and goes through the door. You get up and think. You know which door the monster went through, so you know to go through the other door. Which door will you go through: the one you came in through or the other one?
You keep thinking until the stone walls start falling over like dominoes. You run straight ahead.

The passage turns sharply twice, and then leads to another junction. Will you go left, right, or straight ahead?
Whizz! Whir! ZAP! The teleporter hurls you into another dimension. A dimension that has gravity 1,000,000,000 times greater than that in our dimension, meaning that if our gravity keeps us firmly on the ground (almost!), think what gravity 1,000,000,000 (one billion) times greater could do!

You turn right, and head away from the sound. Eventually, you find a junction. Several tunnels lead out of it. Take tunnel one, two, three, four, or five.
This is just like "Martian Invasion 2", your favourite P.S. game. You blast the meteors, left and right. Once you are past the meteor field, you see a flashing sign. It reads: "Larry's Spaceship Emporium; Buy, Sell and Trade!" You steer your pod towards the sign. The sign is on a small satellite. An opening is in front of you. You steer through it.

Before you reach the green planet, a plasma storm moves in. Plasma storms are nasty. They send out plasma bolts that match your every move. You DO NOT want to be caught up in one. Veer towards the planet, or out into open space.
You give the knob a little turn. Some words flash on the screen:
WARNING - You have activated eject.
"Oh no," you gulp. It is no use. Your seat tips backwards and you are shot into a smaller seat inside what seems to be a hollow ball. In front of you is a control panel.

You land on the planet. You are at the foot of an icy mountain with a large cave at the foot. It looks kind of creepy. Will you explore the cave, or land on the red planet?
You come to a door. Beside it, there is a control panel with three buttons on it. Will you push the red button, the blue button, or the yellow button?
You fire one shot at the very centre of the dome. The whole top of the mountain caves in! Luckliy, you had backed to the edge of the cavern. The whole muntain seems to be crumbling to bits! The abominable snowmen are the least of your worries! Your choice is either to run for the big opening or find your way out of the maze of tunnels.
Apparently happy with your decision, the squadron calls the rest of t heir army. Then you all attack the planet. When you have defeated the slimy green beings (the morthons), the Kcarthons (the scaly yellow beings) make you king of Thonsica (thier planet).

You step into the hallway. The elevator door closes. There is a humming noise ahead of you. You follow the sound. It is coming from a room with a control panel, a beige velour seat, and a huge window. Out of the window, you can see blackness, dotted with stars. It is now that you realise that you are in space! You sit down. Which button will you push, the blue one, the red one, or the yellow one?
You beam a surrender to the lead ship, then hide. It comes and parks along side. Two heavily armed, yellow, scaly beings come in. As they pass your hiding place, you knock them out with your stun gun. You then sneak up on the other occupants and knock them out. You figure out how to fly the ship, and send this message to the rest of the squadron: We are waging war on the planet.

A radar screen shows the meteor coming straight at you. You have to do something.
You may:
As you fly towards the planet, a swarm of mean-looking spaceships fly at you. They start to fire laser beams at you. Will you turn around and flee, or surrender?
You turn the knob. Words flash on the screen; "ALERT - engines have been deactivated." The planet's magnetic field pulls you through the plasma storm, which accordingly obliterates the ship.

A wall slides down behind you. The door ahead opens. You are sucked out into open space without oxygen. No chance of life.

"This ship isn't so bad," you think. Ahead, you see two planets. Wil you steer towards the green one or the red one?

You touch the doorknob. The door opens with a pneumatic hiss. You step inside. You are in a stainless steel hallway. The door shuts behind you. Do you want to go left or right?
This passage is quite short. It leads to a large, round, domed cavern. There are large white boulders here and there. At the far end of the cavern, an archway leads out of the mountain. You walk towards it. Halfway there, you sneeze. You hear a huge roar of fury!

You dodge falling boulders and snarling monsters. You reach the opening and jump. Just in time! Behind you, the whole mountain collapses. You land in front of your ship. You get up and get inside. You close the door and launch. Ahead, there are three planets: a green one, a red one, and an orange one.
You approach the cave. It is not icy inside. You enter the cave. It twists and turns very often. Eventually, you reach a junction. Three tunnels lead elsewhere. There are odd markings on the floor, pointing into separate tunnels. Will you take the tunnel marked ϪѻՁչ, the one marked ∿℣ↂ, or the unmarked one?
You push the switch.
"Autopilot is now disengaged."
You veer towards another planet. It is green.

The boulders are not boulders. They're abominable snowmen! You reach into your pack and pull out a laser gun. You fire one at the monsters. The laser bolt bounces off of it and hits the ceiling. A couple of rocks fall out of the dome. That gives you an idea!

You zoom over the three rings, weave through the moons, and land on the planet.

Larry leads you to two spaceships. One looks like something off "Star Wars". The other looks like the one you had before.
"They both cost the same amount as the money in your hand," says Larry. So will you choose the "Star Wars" one or the other one? Whichever you choose, you are soom flying away!
As soon as you push the button, what looks like a Playstation controller comes out of the dashboard. You smile. Playstation is your life. You push the blue button.

According to the screen, the engines have been turned up to full power! You zoom away. Soon you see another two planets. One is white, the other red. The white one is covered in ice. The other has twinkling lights all over it. Will you go to the ice planet or the twinkling planet?
As you reach the exit to the cave, the dome collapses. When you are halfway down the passages, they collapse. Then no-one sees you till you wake.
THE END
You fire several shots at the ceiling. Dozens of rocks fall down. They miss the smowmen monsters and makes them angy. They start to walk towards you.

As soon as you try to steer away from the plasma storm, the magnetic field of the planet pulls you in. The bad thing about that is that the plasma storm is un the way. Under your seat, you feel a knob. The other buttons and such won't work now. You must turn this knob. Will you turn it left or right?
You land, push the red button, and watch as a door opens. A man with a badge saying 'Larry' walks up to you.
"Hello," says Larry. "What can I do for you?"
You open a drawer in the dashboard and pull out a handful of money.
"Is this enough for a reasonable ship?" you ask.
"Hmmm..." says Larry. "Yes. Follow me."

A hole opens in the wall ahead. Using the P.S. (playstation) controller, you move the escape pod out of the ship. Just in time. The meteor explods the ship. Ahead is a meteor field.

Before today, you had never met a real inventor, much less been in one's lab. But then, Doc D'Marko moved in next door and invited you over. He took you into his library and opened a secret passage that led to his lab. It is full of neat gadgets. A door in one corner is labelled "Chemical Lab". Doc D'Marko suddenly runs from the lab, saying, "Going to the loo. Don't touch anything!"
Here you are, in a room full of cool stuff, and he expects you not to touch! He's crazy! Will you go to the Chemical Lab, inspect the weird tube in the corner, or check out the robot.
You push the button. A voice says, "Descramble override activated." Your family goes back to normal. You call the police, they arrest Doc D'Marko and you get a reward. When a press interveiwer asks you how you are going to spend your money, you think. Eventually, you say "Barbies."
Barbies!? Obviously, your mind did not get descrambled.
THE END
The robot that wakes up has a cube body, flexi-arms and legs, and a cylinder head. Two red eyes light up and it rolls towards you. 5 other identical robots wake up and roll towards you. They surround you and push you up against the wall. Metal things trap your wrists and ankle. The section of wall you are on moves back.

You don't like the sound of this, but it gives you an idea. You get a rubber ball from your pocket and put it up your sleeve. Doc D'Marko puts you against a table and metal clips trap your wrists and ankles. He flicks a switch, and the weird things opposite you emits a laser beam! And it's cutting through the table between your feet! And it's moving up! Is there any hope? Yes, your rubber ball. You flick the rubber ball. It hits the laser gun, which pivots (narrowly missing Doc D'Marko) and destroys the control computer!

You walk over to the tube. It's made of clear plastic. You decide to open it, using the control panel, and step inside. As you do, your hand slips, and you hit another button. The number 30 appears on the screen. But just as quickly, it disappears and in its place is the number 29. You watch the countdown until the number 15, and the door swings open.

Youaim the water gun at Doc D'Marko's laser pistol and fire. A jet of water wets the nozzle of the laser gun and it explodes, too. Now the Doc is REALLY mad. He drags you off to the MC4321.

There's not just one robot, there's heaps! A pile of remotes lies in the corner. You pick one up and turn it on. (Pick a number: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6). Have fun!
You approach the control panel. There are three large buttons. The writing on them is smudged. The blue one says "_le_pi_gga". The red one says "D_scr_mb_e_o_er_i_e." The yellow one says "_pe d_own_ad." Which one will you push: the the red one, the blue one, or the yellow one.
Above the nozzle is a big, red button.
"What is it about big, red buttons?" you say. You push it. The machine whirs, and out of the door comes...an ice-cream cone! A whitey-grey coloured ice-cream comes out of the nozzle, followed by a shower of black sprinkles. You taste the ice-cream.
"Yuk!!!"

"But here's the good news," continues the Doc. You and your clone grin. "I will allow you to choose your punishment. MS8765, or DM2468. Make your choice." The grins aren't so long now...
This room is lit with an eerie green glow. Several huge tubes the size of telephonebooths dot the room like pillars. They are full of a green liquid with something dark at the centre. All the tubes are connected to a large computer which is the source of the green light. On the screen, several rectangles are highlighted on a black background, along with some technical gibberish.

Doc D'Marko comes in and says "Hello, I'll just scramble your minds." He switches some knobs and levers and you start thinking about Barbies, gardening, bones, & you get a sudden urge to scratch your bum. You have to stop Doc D'Marko. By your foot, there is a red button saying RELEASE. You push it and fall on the floor, pick up a hammer, and knock the Doc unconscious.

For a second, the lights go off, and you are left in darkness. Then a red light flashes on &l off, and an alarm sounds. A squadron of guards weilding nasty-looking weapons appears from nowhere. One of them is on a hovering disk with laser nozzles. Desperately, you grab a small gun from a shelf and fire. A burst of blue laser comes out and hits a guard, who vanishes. His screams echo around the room.

You swim through the door and swim out the other side in a scuba suit and holding a harpoon gun. As you examine coral, anenomi, starfish and octopi, you realise the use of a harpoon gun. A shark is swimming towards you. You fire the harpoon at it, and blood floats everywhere. Below you, two doors appear, one labelled "Karate Show down", and the other labelled "EXIT".
A weird helmet slams on your head. You look around. Your mum, dad and sister are trapped like you, and they are unconscious. On the other side is Timpy (your dog), Polly (your parrot) and a baboon! On the wall are some newspaper articles about a mad scientist who escaped from a nuthouse. It's Doc D'Marko!

As you push the button, a thin, white vapour enters the room through hidden vents. You fall asleep immediately. When you wake up, you are in bed. Your mum is calling, "Wake up, you'll be late for your visit to Doc D'Marko!" Oh no, you woke up and it's the same day!

You find yourself in a stone corridor. An armoured guard walks around the corner, and when he sees you, he raises is sword and cries "Who goes there?"
You look around for something to defend yourself with. You see a magician's wand in your hand. Acting on impulse, you point it at the guard and cry, "Hocus Pocus!"
A thick fog wraps around the guard, letting you escape.

You dive, and swim into a cave in the cliff of the small island. The sharks can't get in here, but they are waiting outside and your oxygen won't last forever. You're about to panic, when two doors appear on either side of the cave entrance, one labelled "Aqua Journey" and the other is labelled EXIT.
You get an empty beaker from the bench and pour some of both liquids together into it. The liquid turns green. You drink it just as Doc D'Marko makes the steel door covers retreat. He bursts in, pushes a small button labelled SECURITY, and metal claws come out of the floor and grab your legs and arms. Doc D'Marko advances on you menacingly. Having no other option, you spit the mixture remaining in your mouth. It hits the Doc, and it covers him like gladwrap. He flails around, trying to get out, and hits the security button again. You run out the door at the other end of the room.

A voice says, "Download speeded." 3 seconds later, "Download complete." Your parents, sister, and the animals are now free. For the rest of your life, you think the baboon is your dad, you eat bones, and (worst of all) you play with Barbies.
THE END
As you walk to the door, you pass quite a few cool inventions, including what seems to be a hover car! Finally, you reach the door. You try the handle. It's locked. Then you see a combination pad. You type in 73942, then push ENTER.
Pick a number. Even or odd.
You push the UP button, and there is a loud, grating noise. You push the button again, and the noise is repeated. You think what the problem could be.
"Of course," you mutter. "I'm already at the top!"
So which button will you push this time: Down or TOP↔BOTTOM
The door opens. As you step inside, you see a long room with glass-fronted cabinets. In the cabinets, you see row after row of identical bottles. You also see that the cabinets are locked. In the middle of the room is a table with a chemistry set on it. A beaker next to it holds a crimson liquid.
Suddenly, you hear a rustling outside. It's Doc D'Marko! Will you drink the liquid, and perhaps turn into a monster like the movies, or hide in the Bio Lab?
The Doc leads you both to a door labelled 'DM2468'. He opens it and points to a few mts on one side of the room. You and your clone each stand on one. The Doc, on the other hand, sits down at a computer and starts typing.
A panel in the floow moves sideways, and a square box on a metal pole slides up.

You go through the door and take of the goggles. You are back in the dark room. The Doc comes in and says, "Congratulations, you survived!"
"Um, what do you mean 'survived'?" you ask.
"Er, never mind. Anyway, when I work all the kinks out of it, do you want to get the first pack?"
"Yeah, sure!"
"And would you like tickets to my virtual reality seminar this weekend?"
"All right."
"Well, see you there!"

You open the door. The room beyond is dark, but Doc D'Marko's footsteps hasten you forwards. One step over the threshold sends you falling, falling, and when you stop, you are knocked out.
When you wake up, you decide to get moving.
Will you go left or right?
Nothing happens. You try again. Still nothing. You put down the remote. Your eyes wander. Ywo things catch your eye in particular. One looks like a double sunbed, and the other is a weird, black box with a small door beneath a nozzle. Will you check out the double sunbed, or the weird black box?
You grab a cutlass from your belt, and one of the many pistols dangling across your chest. Swinging and firing, you shoot down each pirate in turn. Finally, only the captain is left. You both drop your pistols, and draw your cutlasses. Slowly, you circle each other. Then you attack. For ten minutes, all that can be seen is the glint of swords and a cloud of dust. After a while, the cloud clears, and you are standing over the captain's body, which fades from sight. Two doors appear in front of you: one labelled "Karate Showdown", and the other EXIT.
"You little brat!" yells Doc D'Marko. "You've destroyed my machine!" He chases afer you, brandishing a laser gun. He chases you to a corner. There are only two possible weapons available to you: an olden-day pocket watch and a water pistol.
The robot that's a ball with 3 legs stands up, but then one leg falls off, and it falls over, starting a domino chain that ends with a laser bolt nearly hitting Doc D'Marko as he enters the room.
"I told you not to touch. Now I must punish you. Choose the LM5678 or the MC4321."
Doc D'Marko grabs the water gun and squirts the floor, and a hole appears. Some kind of acid. Then he points it at you.
"Push the button," he snarls. You comply. Now you cannot see Doc D'Marko. As you make a run for the door, the Doc appears in front of you. He is still pointing the acid gun at you. He is about to pull the trigger, when you go back into nanotime. You grab the acid gun out of his hands and smash it. When the Doc re-enters nanotime, you are long gone, never wanting to see another inventor again!
THE END
You plunge through the door and bolt it. You turn around, and see that you are in an elevator. Will you go up or down?
He straps you to a table. The helmet he puts on your head has wires connecting you to a big table, and the chicken on the other table has a helmet too. Doc D'Marko flicks a switch, and you fall asleep. When you wake up, you look at your body and scream.

In your pocket, you find a small magnet on a string. But it is too small to change the lever. As you wallow in despair, you see a large lump of steel lying on the floor. You throw the magnet, but not far enough. So you get some more string from your pocket, and tie it to the other string. This time you get the lump of steel. You throw it, and it hits the lever, which clicks over. The cage bars slide back into the floor. Now you are FREE!
